Content and Evaluation:
The Scientific Committee will evaluate the proposals based on the following criteria:
The Scientific Committee will select three proposals for oral presentation. Additionally, up to three alternate proposals per session will be selected for potential oral presentation. The Scientific Committee will make a decision on this matter by July 28, 2025, via email (please ensure you provide a valid email address). The communication will include:
a) Selection of the proposal for oral presentation at the conference.
b) Selection of the proposal as an alternate without oral presentation. These alternate papers may still be included in the final publication of the conference.
III. PUBLICATION
Acceptance of a proposal for oral presentation or as an alternate implies a commitment to submit a written version for inclusion in the academic publication that will serve as a foundation for the project's further development. A final written version of the paper must be submitted by October 10, 2025. All written submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee for inclusion in the collective work.
The full text must comply with the style guidelines of scientific journals relevant to the subject matter (law, sociology, psychology, institutional framework). It must not exceed 10,000 words and should be submitted in Word format, using Times New Roman 12 pt for the main text and 10 pt for footnotes. Submissions may be in Spanish, English, or French.
After the event, a period will be granted to allow for minor modifications or adaptations based on the discussions and shared insights from the conference. If any changes are made, the revised document must be submitted by November 17, 2025. Final acceptance for publication will be communicated on November 24, 2025, and the publication is expected in the first half of 2026.
